Returned items must be UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNWORN and in their original SELLABLE condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return shipping method and all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Fully priced items returned in their original SELLABLE condition within 36 hours of receipt of order can either be exchanged (subject to availability) or store credit given (valid for 28 days). 
 
The exchange item will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase. Ituen Basi Ltd is not able to reserve items requested for an exchange, nor can we process exchanges to a set deadline.
